The basket showed up in good condition and looked nice overall, so I can’t say it was bad. It made a decent gift, but I was a bit annoyed once I saw what was actually inside. For the price, I expected it to feel a little more special, and a few of the items seemed kind of basic. Not terrible, just not the best value. I’d probably give it around 3 stars...

I was expecting something fresh and flavorful, and that’s exactly what I got. Everything tasted really good, and I don’t have any complaints. The only thing is I wish the portion had been a little bigger.

The basket did arrive on time, but the presentation was kind of disappointing. The ribbon was all squished and the items inside looked like they had shifted around during delivery, so it didn’t look much like the photo. I got it for my sister’s birthday, and I felt a little embarrassed handing it over.

I tried using the site a few times, but the pages kept loading weird and the checkout process was just frustrating. It also felt like the total might change or some extra fee would pop up at the end, which made me uneasy. Eventually I just gave up and left.

It did take one extra email to get everything sorted, but compared to some other companies where you feel like you’re chasing them forever, this was painless. Overall, I was happy with the help.

I was glad to find some kosher gift baskets because that was specifically what I needed, not every place makes that easy to search for. The options they had were okay, and I did end up finding something that worked, but the selection felt a little limited to me. I was kind of hoping for more variety, like different themes or price ranges, because when you're sending a gift, it’s nice to have a few more choices instead of feeling like you’re just picking from the small handful available. Shipping was totally fine though. It arrived without any problems, and there weren’t any major delays or issues, so that part went smoothly.
